Continuing Education Credits

Continuing Education Credits

For those who wish to receive Continuing Education Credits (CEC) either to qualify under the State of New Mexico supervisory permitting requirements or to maintain existing permits, Michelle Ensey, Historic Preservation Division (HPD), has indicated that attendance at or participation in the Tularosa Basin Conference will qualify for CEC as a regional conference, much the same as the Mogollon, Southwest Symposium, or the Pecos conferences do.  As an attendee, a maximum of 8 hours of CEC will be granted through confirmed attendance by providing a copy of your registration receipt.  As a presenter, 16 hours of CEC will be granted upon confirmation of having presented a paper or co-authored a paper that was presented at the conference.  Confirmation can be obtained from the conference committee, submission of a copy of the paper to HPD as part of the annual renewal process, or a copy of the conference proceedings.
